This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Contractor will install a 1,800,000 BTU capacity gas boiler unit on a customer supplied concrete slab. Contractor will hook up to existing water, electrical, and gas supply outputs. After installation contractor will remove two existing boilers and replace with new 600 gallon storage, a new compatible heat exchanger, new piping, all pumps and other equipment required to supply the hot water demands. The magnitude of this solicitation is in the $25,000.00 to $100,000.00 range. There is no fee for this solicitation. See note one. (0218)
