Davis, Contracting Officer, 402-221-3464 The work of this proposed contract consists of the general construction of a fire suppression system in two Historic Coast Guard buildings used for office's, quarters, and storage. The contractor will provide light hazard hydraulic sprinkler system for the garage and entire two story headquarters building. The contractor will supply all necessary labor, materials, equipment permits, and supervision necessary to install surface mounted system from diagrammatic drawings. Estimated performance time is 90 calendar days. Site Visit will be conducted approximately September 4, 1997 (See Request For Quote package. The square footage of this project is approximately 6,200 SF. This project will be awarded in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program 100-656 (241). Accordingly, it is open to both large and small businesses. The SIC for this project is 1721. The magnitude for this project is between $ 25,000 and $ 100,000. If the quote exceeds $ 25,000.00, a Bid Bond in the amount of 20% of the quote is required (Use Standard Form 24, Bid Bond).
