The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to: demolition of an existing mezzanine, expansion of existing clean room, construction of a new mezzanine for the shop work area and break room, new HVAC systems for the clean room, new or renovated mechanical & electrical systems, the removal and disposal of chemical cleaning tanks, and the purchanse and installation of new cleaning tanks. The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the clean room conditions during the construction for government occupied clean spaces as well as final certification of the clean rooms by the government. -- Bid opening date in Item 10 is approximate.
