The solicitation is for the establishment of a multi-year indefinite Delivery Type Contract. The resulting award(s) will be for a Corporate Contract providing NSN coverage for the three major DLA ICPs. The estimated value of acquisition is $2,333,839.74, totaling $11,669,198.70 with a four year option baased on DSCC items only. This solicitation is for the procurement of part numbered items manufactured by Titeflex Corporation, Crane Resistoflex Company, Aeroquip Corporation and others as well as competitive items made in accordance with Government specifications/drawings. All NSNs are available for download under the "special download" menu item on the DSCC Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB). The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total extension shall not exceed four years. This is an unrestricted acquisition with a 10% preference for SDB concerns. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). The proposed procurement includes a family group of items within Federal Supply Class(es): 1560,1660,1680,2810,2835,2840,2990, 3460,3810,4210,4320,4710,4720,4730,4820,5640,5970,5975,5985,6150, 6210,and 9330 (some FSCs may not be included at this time but could be added at a later date). While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award may be based upon a combination of Price, Part Performance Proposed Delivery, Option Years, Mentoring Business Program and Socioeconomic Program as described in this solicitation.
