The provision 52.212-2 "Evaluation -- commercial items" is incorporated by reference. The Government intends to award a contract, without discussion, to the responsible offeror whose quotation conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors will be used to evaluate quotations: (1) technical capability, (2) price and (3) warranty. Technical is approximately equal to price in terms of evaluation.
