The Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs)(OASD(HA)) intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Information Technology (IT) Leasing and Maintenance solutions for the Military Health Services System (MHSS). It is the Government's intent to establish BPAs with current GSA Leasing Schedule Holders. OASD(HA) requests the names, addresses, e-mail addresses and phone numbers of interested GSA Leasing Schedule Holders. Draft MHSS Leasing Terms and Conditions for the BPAs are currently posted on the DoD Health Affairs Acquisition home page @ http://www/ha/osd.mil. Interested parties are invited and strongly encouraged to provide comments concerning the draft MHSS Leasing Terms and Coniditions. Any information provided by interested parties will not be safeguarded as proprietary information by the Government and may be placed on the DOD HA Acqusitions Discussion page. The Government intends to provide finalized MHSS Leasing Terms and Conditions and evaluation criteria to interested GSA Leasing Schedule Holders in September 1997 and establish BPAs with successful GSA Leasing Schedule Holders in December 1997.
