Box 526, Santa Clara, CA 95052 on an other than full and open competition basis the Claris-unique License Maintenance Site Management Program (SMP) for FileMaker Pro. The SMP is a "Claris Direct" program only and the software is proprietary to Claris. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and no other solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is N68936-97-R-0275 and is a Request for Proposals (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45. This acquisition is being procured under other than full and open competition under SIC code 7379 with a small business size standard of $18M. Specifications for theSMP are as follows: Item 0001: Two Years of License Maintenance in accordance with Site Management Program Agreement for Claris FileMaker Pro for 5545 MAC and PC platforms, including: (1) upgrade of FileMaker Pro v 2.1 to v 3.0 and automatic upgrades and updates thereafter on an event driven basis, (2) right to use/copy the latest Claris software versions. Period of Performance to be 01 Sep 1997 through 30 Aug 1999 or for a two year period starting from date of award, whichever is later. Required delivery is to NAWS China Lake, CA, FOB Destination.
