The contractor shall furnish all plant labor, supervision, equipment, material, supplies, and perform all operations necessary to repair the well. This well draws water up from an under-ground aquifer and is currently in an non-operational status. This pump is rated as follows: 200 h.p., 1700-1800 rpm, 460-800 volts, 3 hp, 60 cy. The contractor shall pull pump, column pipe, repair or replace worn or damaged parts, lubricate parts as necessary to ensure proper operation, trouble shoot electrical problems, install an airline for drawdown (telltale), as well as performing a video survey of well's casing and recording well data. These reports will be turned over to the Government. Project area will be available for contract work during normal work operating hours of 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday thru Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. The contractor will coordinate work schedule with the user. Anticipated performance period is 30 days ARO. This acquisition is unrestricted. Standard industrial classification code: 3561.
