The purpose of this amendment to Solicitation DASW01-97-Q-0615 is to add evaluation criteria. During the proposal evaluation process, the following factors will be used in determining which proposal will receive contract award. Evaluation criteria are presented in descending order of importance, with factors (b) and (c) having equal weight, and the subfactors of factor (b) having equal weight. Factor (b) and (c), when combined, have greater weight than factor (a): (a)Price; (b) Technical Quality-The offeror shall provide qualifications and experience history for all personnel proposed to work under this contract. The offeror shall also submit documentation reflecting the internal quality assurance process that will be used during the contract's term. (b1)-Describe how the offeror ensures technical quality. (b2)-Describe how the offeror monitors scheduled performance and avoids late maintenance, reschedules maintenance, repair and parts service. (b3)-Describe how the offeror detects and mitigates problems associated with similar contract performance. (c) Past Performance-The offeror is to provide at least three references, preferably from sources were contract performance is similar to this quotation. (0219)
