The winning offeror(s) will be provided facilities to operate the pick up and drop off points at MCRD San Diego and at Weapons Field Training Battalion, Camp Pendleton, CA. MCRD contemplates one base year for the period of 1 October 1997 through 30 September 1998, with four option years.
