Specifically, the contractor will: provide advisory and assistance services to the Natural Resource Conservation Education Program (which uses Woodsy Owl as a vehicle for conservation education messages); provide technical assistance to Woodsy Owl lincensees; develop and implement a proactive marketing plan. The contractor will have 18 months to complete this project. This solicitation is being accomplished under simplified acquisition procedures, as a Request for Quotations.
