The contractor shall use plans and specifications providing demolition, earthwork, landscaping, concrete, masonry, steel framing, single ply roofing, metal soffit and fascia, asphalt, rough carpentry, wood framing, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and electronic surveillance equipment. The estimated cost range is $1,850,000 to $2,100,000. The performance period is 240 calendar days from date of issuance of Notice to Proceed.
