This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation will be available on or about August 22, 1997. SIC 1761. Cost Range $25,000 -- $100,000. Solicitation requests shall be limited to one copy per firm, to the first 50 requests. This project removes the existing roof on the 3rd floor west wing over the surgery suite and reinstalls a new roof system, approximately 1854 sq ft. Included in this project is the uniform coating of the entire roof area except cants with bitumen poured at the rate specified, also know as FLOOD COATING, and installation of aggregate at the rate specified, also know as REGRAVELING, or the roof over the Education Center, 2nd floor west wing, approximately 5000 sq ft.
