All work to be performed at the DVA Medical Center, 150 South Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02130. Cost range between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Construction time is 365 days from Notice to Proceed. Contract award is subject to the availability of funds. A 90 day bid acceptance period is applicable to this solicitation. Requests for bid packages must be in writing and accompanied by a $50.00, non-refundable, bid document fee to the Contracting Officer (90C) at the above address.
