Description: Project includes furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, equipment, and services necessary and incidental in accordance with the drawings and specifications to reconstruct new latrines, and renovate existing lobby area, approximately 1450 square feet. Work includes but is not limited to the following principal items: (1) Abatement of existing tile and pipe insulation, and existing door frames with lead contaminated paint. (2) Renovate existing restroom and janitor's room into a women's restroom. (3) Construct a janitor's room to include new sink, wall cabinets, ceramic tile floor/wall gypsum board ceiling and door. (4) Reconfigure existing office space into a men's restroom. (5) Renovate the main lobby. (6) Provide new plumbing fixtures and HVAC in new men's and women's restroom. (7) Provide new HVAC and drinking water fountain in main lobby. (8) Relocate sprinkler heads in main lobby. (9) Provide new lighting in new men's and women's restrooms and main lobby. The magnitude of proposed project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Performance period is 150 calendar days. Tentative date of issue is 21Aug97. Tentative due date for proposals is 03Sep97.
