Weiss, Contracting Officer, 301-443-1301 The National Institute on Drug Abuse intends to negotiate a modification with Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center (JHBMC) on a sole source basis to add one position (a Data Systems Assistant) under Contract No. N01DA-5-9050. JHBMC can augment existing technical and administrative staff without expanding the existing facilities requirement. Competition is not feasible for this modification since no Government office space is available to support increased services and oversight. See Note 22. (0220)
