This work will include the development of web pages capable of allowing table and form driven acccess to MS access database files. This access needs to include viewing of information for a wide audience as well as form input access on a highly restricted level to allow the input of new records as well as the modification of existing data. Due to the close coordination required between technical services and the contractor, on-site work will be required at the Bay Pines, Florida, VA Medical Center, CIO Field Office.
