Weather Satellite Office, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis a commercial item procurement with ADT Security Systems, 7399 Boston Blvd., Springfield, VA 22153 to procure maintenance services for the Fire Alarm System which is an integral part of an integrated ADT Computer Based Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and Fire Detection System. Maintenance includes all parts and labor required to repair the equipment to include the use of the GSA schedule for ADT parts and components. Interested persons may respond by identifying their capability to perform the required services and shall provide proof that they are an authorized ADT representative who can provide ADT parts, service ADT equipment and have access to and control of ADT proprietary software and system configuration. Equipment is located in a controlled area, therefore, Contractor personnel performing maintenance services must possess a current Top Secret clearance.
