Hill, (214) 302-7522 This solicitation is being issued in accordance with the provisions of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The VA North Texas Health Care System is accepting proposals for the provision of readjustment counseling services for eligible veteran beneficiaries residing in Collin, Hunt and Smith counties of Texas. It is anticipated that a contract will be awarded for the period 10/01/97 through 09/30/98 and will include two options that will allow the VA Contracting Officer to unilaterally extend the term of the contract for an additional 12 months each. Offerors are advised that their office of operations must be physically located in the respective area(s) where service will be provided.
