The scope of work consists of manufacturing, repair, overhaul, technical support services, contractor support services and technical data in support of its aviation mission. The BOA wil be for a 5 year period of performance. This Agreement will be utilized in developing specifications for competing requirements, developing new sources for equipment and related support services. The Coast Guard does not possess and cannot supply any data and specifications related to equipment identified for breakout.
