Space requirements are approximately 2,593 net interior square feet; 7,260 square feet of driveway, parking and maneuvering area; and a 576 square feet platform. The successful offeror must be able to complete the closing on the aforementioned parcel prior to expiration of the Assignable Option on September 15,1997. The lease term is for a base of twenty (20) years with four(4) -- Five (5) year renewal options.
