Division, at (703) 325-0757. The U.S. Army Community and Family Support
Center (USACFSC) NAF Contracting Directorate is soliciting qualified
sources for the construction management and construction of the first
phase (Phase I) to expand Dragon Hill Lodge which is located in Yongsan
Army Garrison, Seoul, South Korea. Phase I encompasses installation of
a 100% standby power system and construction of the enclosure, a new
South entrance to the lodge facility, and a 233 space bi-level parking
garage. The construction management contractor shall be responsible
for the management of the complete project using U.S. building codes
and standards, and, within the provisions of the Status of Forces
Agreement (SOFA), sub-contract with a Korean construction firm who will
be accomplishing the actual construction work. The construction
management contractor shall be furnished two diesel generators,
switchgear components, and complete design drawings and specifications
sufficient to install the 100% standby power system and construct the
aforementioned structures. The construction management contractor
shall be a U.S. firm and ~have had experience as a general construction
contractor, construction project manager, and have had a working or
joint venture relationship with a Korean construction contractor in
accomplishing multi-million dollar hotel or similar type projects in
South Korea within the past five years. The magnitude of construction
