Army Community and Family Support Center (USACFSC) NAF Contracting Directorate is soliciting qualified sources for the construction management and construction of the second phase (Phase II) to expand Dragon Hill Lodge which is located in Yongsan Army Garrison, Seoul, South Korea. Phase II encompasses construction of a six story 95 guest room hotel addition with an expanded lobby and general purpose spaces. The construction management contractor shall be responsible for the management of the complete project using U.S. building codes and standards and within the provisions of the Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA), sub-contract with a Korean construction firm who will be accomplishing the actual construction work. The construction management contractor shall be furnished complete design drawings and specifications sufficient to construct the hotel structure. ~The construction management contractor shall be a U.S. firm and have had experience as a general construction contractor, construction project m~anager; and have had a working or joint venture relationship with a Korean construction contractor in accomplishing multi-~million dollar hotel or similar type projects in South Korea within the past five years.
