NOTE: For this procurement, it has been determined that competition WILL BE LIMITED TO 8(A) firms in the Buffalo and Syracuse Districts serviced by the SBA Syracuse Office which have a SIC Code of 1542 among their approved SIC Codes. All other firms are deemed ineligible to bid. Estimated cost range is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Contract performance period is 540 calendar days.
