Also disconnect and remove the existing operational 110 ton galvanized steel air conditioning system cooling tower and electrical disconnect and motor starter located at Building 237 and replace with a new cooling tower, electrical disconnect and motor starter. Contract completion is 180 days. Contract price is between $25,000 -- $100,000.
