Work consists of installing air conditioning system, providing ventilation by modifying/connection to existing ductwork to exhaust fans, removing asbestos containing material and removing lead paint. The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Solicitation to be issued O/A August 27, 1997. Documents to be available at $22.00 per set of specifications and full-size drawings. Single copies of specifications alone may be purchased by interested applicants for $12.00 a set. Full-size drawings alone may be purchased for $10.00. Payment must accompany request. Checks and money orders to be made payable to the U.S. Army Engineer Division, Pacific Ocean and mailed to Finance and Accounting Officer, U.S. Army Engineer Division, Pacific Ocean, Fort Shafter, Hawaii 96858-5440, or handcarried to Room 115, Bldg 200, Fort Shafter, Hawaii.
