Project consists of the complete removal and disposal of the existing built up roofing system, fascia, gravel stops, deck insulation, etc. and the installation of new fascia, soffit, gravel stops, built up roofing system on the base Fire Station (building no. 28). The roof of building 28 is approximately 5,000 square feet. A firm fixed price contract award is anticipated. The contractor will provide all plant, labor, materials and supervision necessary to accomplish the above described work.
