Project consists of the complete preparation and painting of the exterior of up to four buildings. The buildings are currently sided with vertical painted steel or aluminum panels. Project will consist of replacing damaged panels,preparing and painting the existing siding, trim, doors, windows, etc. Project also includes the removal of an existing wooden vestibule and construction of replacement. Total area to be painted is on the order of 20,000 square feet. A firm fixed price contract award is anticipated. The contractor will provide all plant, labor, materials and supervision necessary to accomplish the above described work. All work is located on the Air National Guard operated are of Alpena County Regional Airport, Alpena, MI. Estimated cost is between (0220)
