The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing office space flooring, walls, ceilings, lighting and power, heating and cooling, doors and windows, overhead celotex sheets on bottom of roof rafters, and one loading dock. New work will be construction of office space in existing warehouse with central cooling and heating, new walls, flooring, ceilings, lighting and power, doors, windows, 2'x2' lay in acoustical suspended ceiling, additional toilets, a break/conference room, new entrance to building, new loading dock, repair old loading dock with new roof over for exterior brak area. A two hour, two layer fire wall of 6" metal studs 16" oc with 5/8" -x -- gypsum board will be constructed from floor to underside of roof deck to separate the two occupancies of space, with a "B" label door and frame in wall for access to attic space above office area. Work shall be completed within 90 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. The magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. All responsible bidders may submit a bid which will be considered. There is a non-refundable fee of $50.00 for the solicitation package. Fee must be submitted in form of a cashier's check, company check, or money order and made payable to TREASURER OF THE UNITED STATES. NO CASH will be accepted.
