The National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS), under Contract DASW01-96-D-0040, intends to produce a listing of pre-approved building products for which the Product manufacturer has submitted documentation that the Product meets the requirements of federal agency contract specifications. NIBS Technical Review Committees have compiled federal agency specification requirements for the following Product types: Insulation (Building, Roof and Deck, Mechanical); Glazing (Glazing Materials, Aluminum Windows, Steel Windows, Wood Windows, Plastic Windows); Flooring (Resilient, Wood); and Doors (Metal Doors and Frames, Wood Doors and Frames).
