This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis for the following equipment Brand Name or Equal: Dictaphone Digital Express System Software DX4000 to include: on-site installation; on site dictaphone staff training; on site critical spares; Annual systems maintenance after warranty (i.e. labor and parts, parts repair, on site service Monday through Friday, emergency after hours service for labor charge only).
