Per Amendment #0001 applicable changes to subject solicitation are as follows: (a) In Section B, each line item quantities are the estimated annual usage per line item. In Section B, quantities listed as 999,999 are the computer limit per line item. (Example: Items 0004, 0005, and 0006, the total estimated quantity is 2,499,998 sheet for Stock No. PTX0078). (c) Line Item 0001 must be "Virgin" paper with a 87 or above brighness. Line Item 0002 must be "Virgin" paper only. Line Items 0003, 0004, 0005, 0006 and 0007 are recycled paper. (d) Line Items 0001 and 0002, manufacturer's water marks will be suffice. (e) Item 0007 -- Color must meet the JCP Code exactly. There can be no variation between shipments for color matches permitted. All other contract terms and conditions remain unchanged.
