Cox, Contracting Officer, (209) 982-2404 Contractor shall provide supervision, labor, equipment and materials to perform Preventive (PM) and Remedial (RM) maintenance Service, During the Principle Period of Maintenance (PPM) and outside the Principle Period of Maintenance (OPPM) service for Government Owned Memorex-Telex Cluster Controllers. Contractor is required to provide a Maintenance Plan for 24 hours a day, seven day a week. Location: DDRW-Sharpe Facility, Lathrop, CA and DDRW-Tracy Facility, Tracy, CA. Period of Performance: October 1, 1997 thru September 30, 1998 to include four (4) option years.
