Contractors will be required to pick up work from the Field Offices (FO) and return work within fifteen days to that FO. The geographic areas covered by this solicitation are Birmingham, Alabama; Jackson, Mississippi; Knoxville, Tennessee; and Louisville, Kentucky HUD Offices and the counties serviced by said offices. A Fixed-Price Indefinite Quantity contract is contemplated. One or more contracts may be awarded. The Contract period is for one year with the possibility of two one-year options.
