The contractor shall perform Architectural Field Reviews of Compliance Inspection Reports prepared by fee inspectors on proposed construction, under construction, and existing construction properties receiving high loan-to-value financing to ensure that construction complies with outstanding HUD guidelines. These reviews will be conducted for the following two HUD Offices: Alabama State Office and Knoxville, Tennessee Area Office. Contractors will be required to pick up work at the HUD Offices and return the work within ten (10) calendar days after pick up to the HUD Office. A Fixed-Price Indefinite Quantity type contract is contemplated. One or more contracts may be awarded. The Contract period is for one year with the possibility of two one-year options.
