Services nonpersonal: Provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities, transportation, and the performance necessary to provide the following: Perform all scheduled preventive maintenance, minor repairs, emergency and call back repair service to the medical gas piping system at Keesler Medical Center, located at Keesler AFB, MS. Site contains asbestos materials where the following Occupational Safety Hazards Administration (OSHA) Standards apply: 29 CFR 1926.1101 Asbestos Construction Industry Standards, 29 CFR 1926.1001 General Industry Standard, and 29 CFR 1910.134 Use of Respirators (General). Basic period of performance is 01 Oct 97 to 30 Sep 97, together with options to extend for a total performance period of 48 months. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the specifications and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Anticipated award date is 01 Oct 97.
