Furnish all plant, labor, equipment and materials and perform all work for installing closed loop cooling systems to service three (3) 1200 cfm compressors and one (1) 100 cfm compressor at both Eisenhower and Snell Locks, near Massena, New York. The work also includes modifications to existing condensate collection systems. This work is to be completed prior to November 15, 1997. The price range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Tentative bid opening date is scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 25, 1997. Fifty ($50.00) Dollar nonrefundable fee per set for plans, specs., and drawings. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation shall be issued in accordance with the "Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program". Loans are also available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (ST~P) at prime interest rates to provide account~ receivable financing~. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.00.
