The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about August 15, 1997. The proposed Non-Personal Services, Requirements type contract is to provide Patient Surgical Services and Inpatient Surgical Consultation Services at the Acoma-Laguna-Canoncito Service Unit, San Fidel, New Mexico. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offerors shall be evaluated against qualifications, such as surgical experience with a rural Native American population, availability, licensure, medical requirements, and references. The proposed contract will be for a base year with four (4) one-year options with an estimated award date of October 1, 1997.
