Bids will be accepted only from bidders who are financially responsible and have established offices providing transcription services. Contractor will provide medical transcription service for dictated material of medical and surgical reports including but not limited to radiology, pathology, history and physicals, operative reports and discharge summaries. The contractor must have the ability upload all transcribed reports into the DHCP system. The estimated annual line count for this contract is approximately 3,000,000 lines. Contract term is one base year and two options years. This is a total small business set-aside. SIC Code 7338 applies with a size standard of 5 Million.
