Nordling, Contracting Officer, 605-333-6819 Contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment necessary for inspecting, testing and calibrating the electrical systems throughout VA Medical Center, Sioux Falls, SD. Work will be performed under the supervision of a contractor-provided Registered Professional Engineer. The Supervisory Field Service Engineer must be accredited as a Certified Electrical Test Technologist by the NICET or NETA. Names and certification numbers for the engineers must be provided prior to contract award. Scope includes VA-owned 15 KV class electrical distribution system pad-mount transformers and the various 480 volt/208 volt secondary electrical systems at the VA facility. Buildings and electrical systems will be in use during the project. Work to be in accordance with plans and specifications numbered 438-97-109. Subject to availability of funds. SIC 8734 applies.
