Q -- HEALTH CARE SERVICES -- UNIFORMED SERVICES TREATMENT FACILITIES Defense Supply Service-Washington, on behalf of the Department of Defense and in accordance with Congressional mandate P.L. 104-102, intends to extend Contract No. DASWs01-96-C-0036 with Bayley Seton Hospital of Staten Island, NY. from 1 October 1997 thru 30 April 1998. Bayley Seton is a designated provider providing managed heatlh care services as a commercial item to reliant unifromed services beneficiaries that choose to enroll. The services provided replicate the services provided under the TRICARE Prime benefit and cost share structure, which is a health maintenance organiztaion (HMO) like option.
