Reference the original synopsis dated 13 Jun 1997. The originally solicited work effort included the following: Nonpersonal services to provide Combat Air Forces with courseware development services for the USAF Weapons School located at Nellis AFB, NV. The place of contract performance shall be at Nellis AFB. The contractor shall develop all courseware using the current, updated model of Instructional System Development (ISD) as defined in AFM 36-2234 and AFH 36-2235. The successful offeror and employees must possess or obtain clearances at the classification levels of SECRET and TOP SECRET. The subject solicitation is being amended to include the provision of Contract Aircrew Training (CAT) instructors to conduct academic training at Nellis AFB, NV. The anticipated release date of this amendment is on or about 15Sep 97. An additional Pre-proposal Conference will be scheduled and all relevant information provided in Amendment 0005. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the internet for the amendment release.
