Design is based on USPS mid-sized Building Design Standard Plans. Offeror must have a minimum of five (5) years experience as a General contractor and must have satisfactorily completed at least five (5) projects of similar size and scope. A preproposal conference has been scheduled for August 19, 1997 at 3:00 PM at the South Jersey District Office, 501 Benigno Blvd, Bellmawr NJ 08099-9991. The estimated price range is between $1,500,000 and $2,000,000 with completion required within 240 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
