SIMPKINS (503) 808-4620 (Site Code DACW57) Fabricate and deliver 14 bulkheads to the John Day Dam in Rufus, Oregon. The bulkheads will be used to operate and maintain adult fishways. Optional items include providing 13 additional bulkheads and 100 manhours or craftsman labor. Each bulkhead shall have fully rounded corners with the following deminsions: height=21'-0", width=10'-11", and depth=0'-11". Each bulkhead shall be made of a painted steel frame and filled with reinforced concrete. Rubber seals and plastic guides shall be bolted to the frame of each bulkhead.
