Two manually-operated 345-kV disconnect switches and one motor operator for an existing disconnect switch, for Liberty Substation, located in Arizona. The switches will be delivered FOB Destination to the respective Mead and Liberty Substation, in Arizona, not sooner than December 1, 1997 and not later than December 15, 1997. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract, in accordance with FAR Part 12 -- Acquisition of Commercial Items.
