The Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center is providing notification that contract N00164-96-C-0062 with United Defense of Minneapolis, MN will be modified to add additional work. The contract required the delivery of MK 45 technical manuals. The contractor is incorporating all ordnance alterations into the manuals. In order to accomodate the ordnance alteration release schedule provided by the NAVSEA sponsor, some additional revisions are now required. The original procurement was processed in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, other than full and open competition. FAR 6.302-1 applies to this modification also. (0224)
