JE is seeking prospective suppliers who have the ability to provide domestic stock, which is defined as 51% of the value of the sale is of United States of America origin. Prospective suppler shall prove origin. Certificate of Conformance to the latest version of MIL-T-9046 (Grade 5) will be required. The original Mill Certification Material Test Report (MTR) shall meet the minimum yield strength of 120,000 PSI (Grade 5) and the minimum ultimate strength OF 130,000 PSI (Grade 5). Melt source history will also be required. Delivery time is critical. Your company must provide any information that you consider helpful for JE to determine that your company can meet these requirements.
