99 -- SURVEY OF WIRE SHREDDING SYSTEM POC Susan Benik, Negotiator, (703) 325-6962, Edward Archer, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-5028 The Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) has a requirement for a survey of a Triple S Dynamics Wire Shredding System to support Strategic Offensive Arms Elimination (SOAE) as authorized by the Nunn-Lugar Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) legislation. The objective of this effort is to determine the condition of the cable chopping equipment and assess the level of effort and cost to refurbish and install it in Russia. DSWA plans to award a sole source purchase order to Triple S Dynamics. DSWA believes that Triple S is the only source possessing the existing expertise to meet program requirements within the time required by DSWA available funding.
