This procurement will provide for the engineering and scientific expertise necessary to provide analysis, design, fabrication, production and support of test and support equipment used in developing, monitoring, and sustainment of threat simulators. Because this acquisition will require access to proprietary data, it will be sole source to Teledyne Brown Engineering (TBE). Authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1.
