A medium is needed to relay National Weather Service (NWS) data to include, as a minimum, the NWS DIFAX Service, the NWS International Data Service, the NWS High Resolution Data Plus Service (including NWS High Resolution Data and Rapid Update Cycle Services), and Domestic Data Plus Services. Sources must express their interest in writing by mail only. Only those responses which provide descriptive literature that substantiates the ability to meet all the above requirements will be included in any potential vendors list. Firms with experience in the areas above should provide a summary of their company's capabilities within 15 days of this publication to JSOC J4C, Patty O'Brien, P.O. Box 70239, Ft.
